This report provides information and identifies a preliminary set of issues regarding the application for a phased 5-tower development located at 2180-2210 Yonge Street, 15 Eglinton Avenue West and 20 and 46 Berwick Avenue, also known as Canada Square. The application has been circulated to all appropriate agencies and City divisions for comment. City Planning staff will proceed to schedule a community consultation meeting for the application with the Ward Councillor.
