City Council on December 15, 16 and 17, 2021, adopted the following: 1. City Council enact the Zoning By-law Amendments substantially in accordance with Attachment 1 to the report (October 27, 2021) from the Chief Planner and Executive Director, City Planning. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the Zoning By-law Amendments as may be required.

This report proposes technical amendments to Zoning By-law 569-2013 to correct typographical errors; add, remove or replace words; revise regulations in order to clarify or correct interpretations; and make adjustments to zoning and overlay map boundaries. Technical changes are also proposed to site-specific zoning by-law amendments to Zoning By-law 569-2013 to correct minor errors. All proposed revisions are in keeping with Council's intentions when first approved by Council, and do not affect the substance of the respective by-laws.

City Council authorise the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the Zoning By-law amendments as may be required.
