This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that the existing parking prohibition on the west side of Silvio Avenue, near the intersection corner at Zenith Avenue, be moved 7.8 metres further south. The proposed amendment will eliminate one on-street parking space and provide additional room for vehicles making a left-turn out of a residential driveway.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that Scarborough Community Council: 1. Authorize no parking anytime on the west side of Silvio Avenue from Zenith Drive to a point 24.5 metres further south.
