This staff report is about a matter for which the Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends a U-turn prohibition on Lockie Avenue, between Agincourt Drive and Midland Avenue. Prohibiting U-turns will provide a safer environment for all road users along this section of Lockie Avenue located adjacent to Agincourt Junior Public School.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that the Scarborough Community Council: 1. Prohibit eastbound and westbound U-turn movements at all times on Lockie Avenue, between Agincourt Drive and Midland Avenue.
