This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the removal of an on-street accessible parking space located on the west side of Red River Crescent, north of Dean Park Road (west intersection). The existing on-street accessible parking space is no longer required by the original applicant.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that Scarborough Community Council: 1. Rescind the existing accessible parking space in effect at all times, on the west side of Red River Crescent, between a point 37 metres north of Dean Park Road (west intersection) and a point 5.5 metres further north.
