Approved the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "2", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report (March 16, 2021) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 2 to exclude the development located at 150 Sterling Road. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 2 is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development at 150 Sterling Road.

Staff recommended

The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council approve the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "2", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report dated March 16, 2021 from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.
