City Council amend Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of permit parking area 5A as shown in Attachment 1 to the report (March 16, 2021) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Dupont Avenue, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 5A to exclude the development located at 500 Dupont Avenue. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 5A is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development at 500 Dupont Avenue.

The Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. City Council approve the amendment to Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of permit parking area "5A", as shown in Attachment 1 of the report dated March 16, 2021 from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.
