Recently, several small businesses contacted my office regarding the No Stopping prohibition and lack of on-street parking available to customers on Edwin Avenue north of Dupont Street, which has had a negative impact on sales. the City's Traffic Operations division was sought with respect to making a recommendation on this issue concerning this portion of Edwin Avenue, and as a result I am recommending the following amendment as outlined below.
