The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Reduced the speed limit from 50 km/h to 30 km/h on Lourdes Lane, between Sherbourne Street and Wellesley Place. 2. Reduced the speed limit from 40 km/h to 30 km/h on Homewood Avenue, between Lourdes Lane and Wellesley Street East. 3. Amended the existing 40 km/h speed limit on Homewood Avenue, between Carlton Street and the north end of Homewood Avenue, to be in effect between Carlton Street and Wellesley Street East.
