This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that stopping be prohibited at all times on the west side of Menin Road, between a point 85.3 metres north of Dewbourne Avenue and a point 15 metres further north. This proposed amendment will deter vehicles from parking on this stretch of the road and impeding traffic flow, adjacent to a traffic calming road narrowing.

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council prohibit stopping at all times on west side of Menin Road, between a point 85.3 metres north of Dewbourne Avenue and a point 15 metres further north.
