The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Rescinded the existing on-street accessible loading zone in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily, on the east side of Perth Avenue, between a point 35.5 metres north of Ernest Avenue and a point 11 metres further north.

Transportation Services is requesting approval to remove a designated on-street accessible loading zone on the east side of Perth Avenue, between a point 35.5 metres north of Ernest Avenue and a point 11 metres further north. The original applicant sold the property and the space is no longer required.

Staff recommended

The Acting Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services, recommends that: 1. Toronto and East York Community Council rescind the existing on-street accessible loading zone in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., daily, on the east side of Perth Avenue, between a point 35.5 metres north of Ernest Avenue and a point 11 metres further north.
