City Council amend Schedule B of the City of Toronto Municipal Code, Chapter 925, Permit Parking, to incorporate a revised map of Permit Parking Area "13G", as shown in Attachment 1 to the report (October 20, 2021) from the Director, Permits and Enforcement, Transportation Services.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on St Clair Avenue West, City Council approval of this report is required. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 13G to exclude the development located at 898-900 St Clair Avenue West. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 13G is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 898-900 St Clair Avenue West.
