As the city filed it

Transportation Services received a complaint regarding the removal of a commercial loading zone fronting a business at 545 King Street West. Staff investigated and found the commercial loading zone was removed as result of the establishment of a construction access gate for a nearby development site, which will also serve as the permanent access to the building's underground parking. This motion seeks to expedite the re-location of this commercial loading zone which is urgently needed by a nearby business.
