The Toronto Zoo Board of Management adopt the Terms of Reference as outlined in Appendix II. 3. The Committee be dissolved upon the completion of the 2021 Master Plan, at which point, the final plan will be brought forward to the Toronto Zoo Board of Management for review and approval.
