The Members of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund adopted the following resolution: "Be it Resolved that By-law No. 1-2022 be confirmed in the form presented to the Members, which repeals and replaces the former Amended and Restated By-law Number 1, originally enacted October 31, 1995 and amended March 24, 2003."
