City Council request the City Manager to work with the Provincial and Federal governments to establish an intergovernmental table to better prioritize equitable outcomes and racial equity through ensuring the experiences of Black, Indigenous and racialized communities are reflected in the planning, coordination, and implementation of COVID-19 response and recovery efforts, and that this intergovernmental table establish the following priority action areas: a.
