Directed the Executive Director, Social Development, Finance and Administration to: a. apply a specific intersectional Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer lens to SafeTO: Toronto's Ten-Year Community Safety and Well-Being Plan; b. invite and involve community-based organizations to the Leadership Table and in the further development and implementation of the SafeTO plan, including but not limited to the Black Health Alliance, The 519 Community Centre, Toronto's Trans community organizations, and Gender-Based Violence organizations and to report back annually to the Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Advisory Committee; c.

At its meeting on September 27, 2021, the Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer Advisory Committee considered Item QS5.5 and made recommendations to the Executive Committee.
