Etobicoke York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Lakeshore Village and Mimico Village Businesses Improvement Area Boards of Management.
