The Etobicoke York Community Council: 1. Authorized the installation of speed humps on Centennial Park Road, between Centennial Park Gate to the north end of Centennial Park Road. 2. Subject to approval of Recommendation 1 above: The Etobicoke York Community Council directed the City Solicitor to prepare a by-law to alter sections of the roadway to install four speed humps on Centennial Park Road, between Centennial Park Gate to the north end of Centennial Park Road, generally as shown on Attachments 2 and 3 to the report (June 9, 2022) from the Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services.

Transportation Services is recommending the installation of speed humps on Centennial Park Road, between Centennial Park Gate to the north end of Centennial Park Road. Staff's assessment indicates that although the criteria set out in the Traffic Calming Policy has not been satisfied, Transportation Services has reviewed the subject section of roadway and has concluded that traffic calming is justified.
