City Council authorize the City to enter into a Licence Extension Agreement with the Licensor named in Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 24, 2022) from the Executive Director, Corporate Real Estate Management, substantially on the major terms and conditions set out in Appendix A and Confidential Attachment 1 to the report (May 24, 2022) from the Executive Director, Corporate Real Estate Management, together with such other terms and conditions as may be satisfactory to the Director, Transaction Services and in a form acceptable to the City Solicitor.
