Directed the Director, North York Community Planning, in consultation with the General Manager of Transportation Services to evaluate a revised parking study to be filed by the applicant in the context of existing precedents in the Bayview-Sheppard corridor and reflective of recent policy changes and report to the April 20th meeting of North York Community Council on the appropriateness of further reducing the City Council approved on-site parking rate.

Further to City Council's decision on an Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendment application at 699 Sheppard Avenue East on July 14, 2021 (NY25.2), a request has been made by the Applicant to evaluate a revised parking study for a reduction of 12 parking spaces in advance of the Bills being brought forward to City Council for approval.
