That sod be laid on the site and that the site be maintained free of garbage and weeds, in accordance with the Municipal Code Chapter 629-10, paragraph B and 629-11; d. That any holes on the property are backfilled with clean fill; and e. The owner agrees to provide the current or immediate former tenants of the two Rental Units located at 1528 Bathurst with a one-time payment equivalent to 5 months' rent (exclusive of any Residential Tenancies Act obligations), plus a moving allowance of $1,500 each. Such payment to be conditional on prior vacant possession of the building. The aforesaid is to be secured by way of a legal undertaking by the owner provided to the City prior to issuance of demolition permit.
