City Council amend the existing parking prohibition in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, except public holidays on the west side of High Park Avenue between Bloor Street West and Humberside Avenue to be in effect from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily, between Bloor Street West and a point 59.1 metres further north. 2. City Council prohibit parking from 7:00 a.m.
