This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to resolve by-law amendments missed in Item TE11.35 "Residential On-street Permit Parking - Status Update on the Expansion of On-Street Permit Parking in the Toronto and East York Community Council Area". Transportation Services is recommending that overnight on-street permit parking be introduced on Munro Street, between Dundas Street East and Matilda Avenue/Kintyre Avenue from 12:01 a.m.

to 7:00 a.m., daily and to move permit parking on Sammon Avenue, from the odd to even side of the street. These proposed by-law amendments will ensure that the intent of Item TE11.35, as adopted with amendments by City Council on January 29, 2020 can be properly installed and enforced.
