The Toronto and East York Community Council: 1. Authorized all-way stop control at the intersection of St. Mark's Road and Humbercrest Boulevard. 2. Subject to approval of and in conjunction with the installation of the all-way stop control at St. Mark's Road and Humbercrest Boulevard, Toronto and East York Community Council authorized removal of the existing pedestrian crossover on St. Mark's Road immediately east of Humbercrest Boulevard.

Stop signs currently exist for north and south bound motorists navigating through the intersection. The St. Mark's Road and Humbercrest Boulevard intersection was reviewed by Transportation Engineers in 2013 and 2019. In consultation with Transportation Services, Transportation Services recommend an All-Way Stop control at St. Mark's Road and Humbercrest Blvd. Councillor Perks supports the below recommendations from Transportation Services:
