As the city filed it
I am writing to respectfully request the implementation of speed humps on Highbourne Road, between College View Ave and Tranmer Ave. Residents of the street presented a petition to my office requesting this more than two years ago, which was referred to staff for a study. Due to pandemic delays, nothing has been forthcoming and residents have continued to complain of speeding and other forms of reckless and dangerous driving on the street.

Upon further consultation with the Oriole Park Association, through periodic traffic safety meetings, we identified this as a high priority location for traffic calming and we have worked with Traffic Operations staff in making this request.
