I am writing to respectfully request the implementation of speed humps on Pinewood Avenue, between Maplewood Avenue and St. Clair Ave West. Residents of the street presented a petition to my office a couple of years ago, which was referred to staff for a study. Due to the pandemic delays and the subsequent backlogs, my office has worked closely with staff in coming up with the recommendations as more and more residents continue to complain about speeding and other forms of reckless driving on their street.

Many of the residents of the street have young kids who get out and about on bikes and engage in other outdoor activities.
