City Council on June 15 and 16, 2022, adopted the following: 1. City Council amend Zoning By-law 569-2013, for the lands at 361 Davenport Road, substantially in accordance with the draft Zoning By-law Amendment attached as Attachment 5 to the report (May 9, 2022) from the Director, Community Planning, Toronto and East York District. 2. City Council authorize the City Solicitor to make such stylistic and technical changes to the draft Zoning By-law Amendment as may be required.

3. City Council request that, as part of the review of any Site Plan Approval Application for the proposed development, Planning Staff, in consultation with the Ward Councillor, review with the Applicant measures to minimize and mitigate overlook from the proposed Development onto adjacent properties on Admiral Road, including but not limited to altering height and materiality of balcony railings, adding decorative screenings and planters, planting additional trees on the properties' borders, and other such measures to minimize overlook issues.

The building is proposed to contain 16 dwelling units and 56 square metres of non-residential space on the ground floor. One level of underground parking is proposed with 7 vehicle parking spaces for residents and a total of 16 bicycle parking spaces.
