This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. The purpose of this report is to respond to Toronto and East York Community Council's direction to review and report back on the realignment of Permit Parking Area 8D to exclude the development located at 46 and 48 Laing Street. Staff have determined the realignment of the Permit Parking Area 8D is feasible and has no objections to excluding the development located at 46 and 48 Laing Street.
