City Council on July 19, 20, 21 and 22, 2022, adopted the following: 1. City Council authorize parking for a maximum period of one hour, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the east side of Greenwood Avenue, between a point 43 metres north of Queen Street East and Kerr Road. 2. City Council authorize parking for a maximum period of one hour, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on the west side of Greenwood Avenue, between a point 43 metres north of Queen Street East and Dorothy Street.

As the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) operates a transit service on Greenwood Avenue, City Council approval of this report is required. Transportation Services is recommending for the approval of parking for a maximum period of one-hour, from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, on both sides of Greenwood Avenue, between a point 43 metres north of Queen Street East and Kerr Road/Dorothy Street. The proposed amendment will discourage long-term daytime parking, and promote parking turnover on this section of Greenwood Avenue.
