Toronto and East York Community Council has delegated authority to appoint and remove directors from the boards of Businesses Improvement Areas (BIAs) that fall within its geographic boundaries. The purpose of this report is to make changes to the Bloordale Village, Church-Wellesley Village, College Promenade, Financial District, Midtown Yonge, Mirvish Village, Ossington Avenue, Queen Street West, Regal Heights Village and Trinity Bellwoods BIA Boards of Management.
