On the agenda
As the city filed it
The owner of 33 Manchester Avenue contacted my office advising that the existing No Parking condition in front of their house regularly results in vehicles parked on the road and blocking access to their driveway. The current condition for parking in front of this location is such that it is generally too small of a space to allow for a regular-sized vehicle to park without preventing access to the adjacent property's driveway.

The introduction of a No Stopping Anytime regulation would assist with preventing vehicles from parking on the portion of the road that provides access to the driveway at 33 Manchester Avenue.
