As the city filed it
Dear Chair and Members, I am writing to respectfully request the implementation of speed humps on Cuthbert Crescent, between Manor Road East and Belsize Drive. Residents of the street presented a petition to my office requesting this more than two years ago, which was referred to staff for a study. Due to pandemic delays, nothing has been forthcoming and residents have continued to complain of speeding and other forms of reckless and dangerous driving on the street.

My office has reviewed video evidence of several "close shaves" involving kids, and we have worked closely with Traffic Operations staff in coming up with the accompanying recommendations.
