This report will present the new Collaboration Agreement between the Toronto Zoo Board of Management and the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy. The agreement sets forth the terms upon which the Wildlife Conservancy and the Board of Management will work together to support the Toronto Zoo's Mission, particularly around fundraising.

The Chief Executive Officer recommends that: 1. The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo approve the Collaboration Agreement with the Toronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy. 2. The Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo direct that Confidential Attachment 1 be made public once Recommendation 1 has been adopted.
