The Members of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund adopted the following resolution: "Be It Resolved that the board of directors shall appoint as auditors of the Toronto Atmospheric Fund until the next Annual General Meeting of the Members whichever qualified firm is selected through the City of Toronto's auditor procurement process, and such appointment shall be confirmed at the remuneration established through that procurement and the Directors be authorized to fix such remuneration."
