The Civic Appointments Committee referred Item CA8.1 back to the City Clerk and directed the City Clerk to: 1. Conduct additional interviews for appointment of public members to the TO Live Board of Directors and recommend candidates to the next meeting of the Civic Appointments Committee. 2. Provide a full list of all applicants who have applied to the TO Live Board of Directors at the next meeting of the Civic Appointments Committee.

This report recommends the appointment of four public members to the TO Live Board of Directors.

Staff recommended

The City Clerk recommends that: 1. City Council appoint four public members listed in Confidential Attachment 1 to the TO Live Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending on July 21, 2027 and until a successor is appointed. 2. City Council direct that the balance of the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachment 1 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the TO Live Board.
