From March 7-9, 2023, I was one of the representatives of the City of Toronto at the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) Board of Directors Meeting in Durham, Ontario. The Board Members were focused on the pre-budget priorities ahead of the 2023 federal budget, which was subsequently announced and tabled on March 28, 2023. FCM's pre-budget priorities were defined in a publication titled 'A Better Life for All Canadians'.
