This Blanket Contract Amendment is required to maintain service continuity of Tree Planting Services for the City of Toronto's Parks, Forestry and Recreation Division. This contract was structured

to award three separate contracts to the three lowest bidders based on the bidders meeting specifications and providing the lowest total initial base bid price with the following allocation: - 60% of the work to the primary vendor (Brinkman & Associates Reforestation Ltd.) - 25% to the secondary vendor (Salivan Landscape Ltd.) - 15% to the tertiary vendor (Lomco Limited) In April 2022, the primary vendor was unable to continue the service for the duration of the contract. The secondary vendor has agreed to take on the additional work and will become the primary vendor.
