The applicant applied to the Committee of Adjustment (Application A0553/22NY) for the property at 73 Bainbridge Avenue to seek minor variances from Zoning By-law 569-2013 to permit the construction of a new dwelling (the "Application"). In their report, Planning Staff opposed the proposed variances for building length, building depth and lot coverage. At its hearing on January 19, 2023, the Committee of Adjustment approved the Application including the variances requested for building length, building depth and lot coverage.
