City Council on July 19 and 20, 2023, adopted the following: 1. City Council authorize the City Manager or designate to accept financial and in-kind donations for shelter and other forms of support for refugees, refugee claimants, and asylum seekers including donations over $50,000 but otherwise subject to the Donations to the City of Toronto for Community Benefits Policy.
