The Nominating Panel - Corporations recommends that: 1. City Council appoint the following candidates to the CreateTO Board, at pleasure of Council, for a term of office ending June 16, 2027, and until successors are appointed: Ron Carinci, as Chair Marcie Zajdeman 2. City Council direct that Confidential Attachment 1 and Confidential Attachment 2 to the report (May 18, 2023) from the City Clerk remain confidential as they relate to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.

The Nominating Panel - Corporations select 6 of the candidates listed on Table 1 of Confidential Attachment 1 for interview at its next meeting for appointment to the CreateTO Board. 2. The Nominating Panel - Corporations direct that the confidential information contained in Confidential Attachments 1 and 2 remain confidential in its entirety as it relates to personal matters about identifiable individuals being considered for appointment to the CreateTO Board.
