Currently parking is allowed for a maximum of one-hour, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, in this area. The proposed standing prohibition will address traffic congestion and enhance safety on Rosewell Avenue during the dismissal time of Havergal College Junior School.
