As the city filed it

Our office has been receiving numerous complaints about pedestrian and road safety at the Tim Hortons drive-thru location at 793 Wilson Avenue, just west of Dufferin Street. Specifically, these concerns stem from a lines of vehicles that back onto eastbound Wilson Avenue as they wait to be served at the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons location. This has resulted in significant traffic congestion along eastbound Wilson Avenue, the blocking of pedestrians using the sidewalk in front of the Tim Hortons and vehicles disobeying pre-existing signs that prohibits left-hand exit turns onto the westbound lanes of Wilson Avenue.
