At its meeting on June 20, 2023, the North York Community Council refused an application for a fence exemption at 23 Laurentia Crescent. However, the homeowner's representative did not have the opportunity to present long-term landscaping plans and all safety-related alternatives erected in contrast to the required pool fence. The local Councillor requests that the item be re‐opened at the September 7, 2023, North York Community Council meeting.
