North York Community Council: 1. Amended the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Brian Cliff Drive, between Lawrence Avenue East and Banbury Road to be in effect on the east side of Brian Cliff Drive, between Lawrence Avenue East and Banbury Road.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that the existing parking prohibition on the west side of Brian Cliff Drive, between Lawrence Avenue East and Banbury East, be rescinded and parking be allowed for the statutory unsigned 3-hour limit. The proposed amendment will correct an inconsistency between the posted signs and the existing parking regulations.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. North York Community Council amend the existing parking prohibition in effect at all times on both sides of Brian Cliff Drive, between Lawrence Avenue East and Banbury Road to be in effect on the east side of Brian Cliff Drive, between Lawrence Avenue East and Banbury Road.
