This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending the extension of the existing school bus loading zone on the north side of Yorkview Drive, adjacent to Yorkview Public School located at 130 Yorkview Drive. The proposed changes will accommodate three large school buses for loading and unloading of students and improve traffic operations in the area of the school.

North York Community Council amend the existing School Bus Loading Zone designation in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on the north side of Yorkview Drive, between a point 76.2 metres west of Bevdale Road (southwest intersection) and a point 30 metres west thereof to be in effect, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday between a point 69 metres west of Bevdale Road (southwest intersection) and a point 62 metres further west.
