The Property Standards Committee adopted the following amendment to the Property Standards Committee Rules of Procedure: 1. Deleted Rule 12 E.1.1 and replaced it with the following: a. An electronic meeting shall comply with the Building Code Act, 1992 and the electronic meeting requirements adopted by the Committee; and b. An electronic hearing shall comply with the Building Code Act, 1992, the Statutory Powers Procedure Act and the electronic meeting requirements adopted by the Committee.

The purpose of this report is to recommend amending the Rules of Procedure for the hearings of the Property Standards Committee to make electronic participation a permanent option for electronic meetings and hearings.
Staff recommended
The City Clerk recommends that the Property Standards Committee adopt the following amendment to the Property Standards Committee Rules of Procedure: 1. Rule 12 E.1.1 is deleted and replaced with the following: a. An electronic meeting shall comply with the Building Code Act, 1992 and the electronic meeting requirements adopted by the Committee; and b. An electronic hearing shall comply with the Building Code Act, 1992, the Statutory Powers Procedure Act and the electronic meeting requirements adopted by the Committee.
