Granted the application for an exemption permit, by the owner(s) of 17 Benroyal Crescent, to allow them to maintain the wooden fence in the front yard on the south side of the property that measures 1.9 meters (6.2 feet) and a wooden fence on the west side flankage yard that measures 2.1 meters (6.8 feet) which exceed the maximum allowable height of 1.2 meters (3.9 feet) for a front yard fence and 2.0 meters (6.5 feet) on the flankage yard.

The purpose of this report is to consider an application by the owner(s) of 17 Benroyal Crescent to maintain a wooden fence in the front yard on the south side of the property that measures 1.9 meters (6.2 feet) and a wooden fence on the west side flankage yard that measures 2.1 meters (6.8 feet) which exceed the maximum allowable height of 1.2 meters (3.9 feet) for a front yard fence and 2.0 meters (6.5 feet) on the flankage yard.
