The Scarborough Community Council: 1. Rescinded the existing standing prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Ellesmere Road (cul-de-sac leg), between Highway Number 401 and a point 123 metres west of Highway Number 401.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. Transportation Services is recommending that the existing standing prohibition on the south side and within the cul-de-sac of Ellesmere Road, north of Kingston Road, be removed. The transit stop within the cul-de-sac has been removed and therefore the accompanying standing prohibition is no longer required to facilitate transit operation.

Staff recommended

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council rescind the existing standing prohibition in effect at all times on the south side of Ellesmere Road (cul-de-sac leg), between Highway No. 401 and a point 123 metres west of Highway No. 401.
