Designated Sylvestre Square, between Wintermute Boulevard and a point 100 metres east, as a through highway.

This staff report is about a matter that Community Council has delegated authority from City Council to make a final decision. This report recommends that Belinda Square, Sandyhook Square and Sylvestre Square be designated as through highways in order to clearly define the right-of-way and to regulate traffic flow for the three subject uncontrolled P-Loop intersections.

The Director, Traffic Management, Transportation Services recommends that: 1. Scarborough Community Council designate Belinda Square, between Wintermute Boulevard and a point 150 metres east, as a through highway. 2. Scarborough Community Council designate Sandyhook Square, between Wintermute Boulevard and a point 150 metres east, as a through highway. 3. Scarborough Community Council designate Sylvestre Square, between Wintermute Boulevard and a point 100 metres east, as a through highway.
